The Melrose FutureLab Wellness Retreat was designed as a three-day immersive experience exploring the future of longevity, performance and healthy ageing, delivered in partnership with Melrose FutureLab and Chemist Warehouse.

ONSO led the creative direction, concept development and end-to-end production, orchestrating every aspect of the guest journey, from flight coordination and ground logistics through to spatial design, styling and program execution. Guided by a science-led narrative, we translated complex wellness principles into a thoughtfully curated lifestyle experience, creating a series of immersive touchpoints that felt both educational and immersive.

The result was a cohesive brand experience that blended organic hospitality, design and wellbeing, positioning Melrose FutureLab at the forefront of modern wellness while cultivating genuine connection, meaningful conversation and lasting brand affinity.
